This commands in this section are covered in depth in section II of this report.

- cl_cmdrate (integer number)
- The number of times per second the client updates the server with the actions
of the player.
- cl_lc (boolean)
- Toggle controlling whether the client takes advantage of server side player
position history.
- cl_lw (boolean)
- Toggles client side animations and miss decal drawing.
- cl_rate (integer number)
- Maximum number of bytes per second the client can send to the server.
- cl_updaterate (integer number)
- The number of times per second the server updates the client with the
events that are occuring in the map.
- rate (integer number)
- Maximum number of bytes per second the server can send to the client.
